This is not just a retreat, but a training into your own bodymind. The practices we will use are not your typical yoga practices but those devised by Hannah and Mary specifically for this work. They are slow, methodical and well paced. You will learn techniques to bring more or less sympathetic arousal to your system, how to self-regulate, how to co-regulate and develop your own inner resource so that you can reconnect to yourself, find freedom, clarity and joy.
